• Kati Basti - for lower back and spinal area (up to and including the neck). Warm herbalised oil is placed on specified area inside a ring of dough.
  Price: £58.  Session lasts about 50 minutes.

• Hrd Basti - similar to Kati Basti, but given over the heart area.
  Price: £40. Session lasts about 40 minutes.
• Patra Pottali is for joints. Cloth boluses containing a combination of balancing and healing herbs are applied to the affected area(s).
  Prices from £43.  Session lasts about 40 minutes.
• Takradhara - balancing for the nervous system.  Applied over the forehead like shirodara, but using a cooling, herbalised yoghurt.  At the same time a body massage is given.
  Price: £80.   Sessions lasts about 60 minutes.
