Maharishi's Vedic Approach to Health (MVAH) is a prevention oriented, time-tested and holistic natural health care system that has been revived by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. It offers knowledge, therapies and products which use the intelligence of nature to re-establish balance between the human mind/body and its own inner intelligence.

Ayurveda is one of the 40 aspects of Maharishi's Vedic Approach to Health and provides knowledge of diet, purificatory procedures, herbs and mineral, daily and seasonal routines and activities that promote the highest quality of health.

Where there is a specific health problem it is recommended that one have a consultation with a Maharishi Ayurveda Physician who will be able to identify the underlying physiological imbalances that are giving rise to the problem and recommend how best to re-establish balance.
